This, was fully worth the 500 yen (about 4.50$) that I paid for it, and on my website [link] you can see the rest of the pictures from Kyoto, but this was my favorite one of the Golden Pavillion. Simply gorgeous it is...I hope that I captured a fraction of its natural beauty.

All right...picture number 2! I'm so excited about this one!
The gold simply pops out at you, ya know? I love the fact that it looks hidden in the trees from the way you took the picture, and the burst of color off to the side is a cool effect. It draws your eyes to a different point than the normal photo that draws you to look directly at the center of the picture. I like that a lot! This is really pretty and tranquil...I'd like to visit it sometime! Ok...next pic!
